This is the first issue of State Politics and Policy Quarterly that Chris Mooney has not edited. After supervising seven volumes of SPPQ; being responsible for the production of over 125 articles, seven field essays, and 25 articles in The Practical Researcher; and shepherding hundreds more manuscripts through the review process, Chris has turned over his eye-shade and sharpened pen to others.
